My Why

As I went through postpartum with my first and second child it was like nothing I had ever experienced. I had to adapt and relearn habits, develop a new routine, and rediscover how to feel comfortable in my body again. Luckily I had been in the fitness field for a long time and I had the knowledge to get results. I searched the web in hopes to find some motivation to start my weight loss journey. Doing this I realized how hard this journey was. Most new moms don’t have the resources or support they need and it continues to be a struggle for them throughout their life. I wanted this blog to be the catalyst to feeling your best no matter what stage of mom-hood you’re in. I want this to help you sift through the quick fixes and instead give you valuable life long results.

A Little About Me

Hi! My name is Erin and I am a wife and a mom of a boy (3 years old) and a girl (1 year old). I love being a mom and am excited to grow our family even more! I have an Associate’s in Psychology and Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Fitness with a minor in Nutrition. For the past 10 years I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer. I’m a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Pre and Postnatal Specialist as well. I’m eager to help new moms by sharing knowledge and motivation!
